This one-time offer includes a seven night stay in condo-style accommodations. It does not include food, beverages, gratuities, transportation, incidental expenses, or resort taxes that may apply in certain destinations.

How can I make my reservation?
Reservations can be made online at dreamvacationweek.com. You will need your certificate number and security code provided in your welcome email.
What check-in days are available?
Check-in days vary and are typically Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, depending on the resort and location. If you plan to arrive after the designated check-n date, you must call the resort in advance to make lake check-n arrangements. You may check-out at any time during your stay.
When Can I Travel?
Travel is based on space availability at the time of booking so book your reservations early.
How much advance notice is required?
Reservations must be made as early as 24 ours and as far out as 6month prior to check-in and all reservations are based on space availability. Travel must be completed within 18 months from the sale date. Do not leave for your vacation UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION.
Is there any more information that I need to know?
Yes. Once confirmed, all reservations are final and non-refundable. By finalizing your booking, you are acknowledging that you understand this booking is non-changeable, non-cancelable and final. No name changes are allowed on confirmed bookings.
What are my financial obligations?
You are responsible for the payment of a redemption fee, if any, and is based on the size of the unit you reserve, plus any applicable taxes.
May I bring additional guests?
Yes, but you may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sleeping capacity is based on tow people per sleeping area. Studio units typically sleep two people, one-bedroom units sleep 4, and two-bedroom units sleep six. Some units may be more or less.
Is my Redemption fee refundable?
All redemption fees are final and non-refundable. |
