FAQ's: 4 Day/3 Night Bahamas Getaway

What does this certificate entitle me to?
This certificate entitles 2 adults and up to 2 children to four nights of hotel accommodations in Freeport, Grand Bahama. Subject to availability and certain restrictions listed in the offer.

How old do I have to be to use this offer?
Adults must be 25-70 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license and a major credit card for identification. No students. If married, both parties must use this certificate together.

Is there an advance notice?
Yes. Dates must be selected 45 days in advance of your requested arrival date. Travel must be completed by the expiration date.

What are my financial obligations? You will need to provide a $50 (USD) refundable room guarantee deposit. Upon check in you will be responsible for the hotel taxes ranging of $15 per person per night.

Savings Plan

Does my Spouse have to travel with me?
Yes as stated on the Details of Participation #1 it states:
“A husband and wife or cohabitants must travel together to use this certificate.”

What if I don’t have a Major Credit Card?
You must have a Major Credit Card as stated on your certificate “Details of Participation # 1. “Upon check-in, your hotel will require an imprint of a major credit Card to cover the cost of incidental charges and room tax”. Due to our contractual Agreements, Debit Cards are not acceptable.

What if I am not 21 can I still use this certificate?
No unfortunately, as it states on your Certificate you must be 21 years of age or older. You may however give your certificate to someone who meets this requirement.

Why do I have to send in a “Deposit”?
The deposit is sent to us as a good faith deposit, and it is fully refundable. Because we take thousands of reservations our liability is very high. The deposit is to show that you are serious about traveling.

Do I have to choose either a spa treatment or a round of golf?
Yes, the offer is good for either 1 spa treatment or 1 round of golf.

FAQs: Your Dream Week

What is included in this Offer? 
This one-time offer includes a seven night stay in condo-style accommodations.  It does not include food, beverages, gratuities, transportation, incidental expenses, or resort taxes that may apply in certain destinations.

Typically your redemption fees are as follows:

• Studio $249.00
• One Bedroom $329.00
• Two Bedroom $399.00

How can I make my reservation? 
Reservations can be made online at dreamvacationweek.com.  You will need your certificate number and security code provided in your welcome email.

What check-in days are available? 
Check-in days are typically Friday, Saturday and Sunday, depending on the resort and location. If you plan to arrive after the designated check-in date, you must call the resort in advance to make late arrival arrangements.

When Can I Travel? 
Travel is based on space availability at the time of booking so book your reservations early.

How much advance notice is required? 
Reservations may be made as early as 24 hours prior and as far out as 6 months in advance of your desired travel date. All reservations are based on space availability. Travel must be booked within 12 months of sale date. You will receive your confirmation via e-mail at the time of booking.

Is there any more information that I need to know? 
Yes.  Once confirmed, all reservations are final and non-refundable.  By finalizing your booking, you are acknowledging that you understand this booking is non-changeable, non-cancelable and final.  No name changes are allowed on confirmed  bookings.

What are my financial obligations? 
You are responsible for a redemption fee at the time of booking, plus any applicable taxes. Redemption fee is based on the size of the unit you reserve.

May I bring additional guests? 
Yes, but you may not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed per unit. Typically a studio unit allows for 2 people, a one bedroom allows for 4 people, and a two bedroom up to 6 people. However, please keep in mind that the maximum occupancy allowed varies from property to property.

Is my Redemption fee refundable? 
All redemption fees are final and non-refundable.
